Planning

Concept Design

After gathering all the necessary information, we develop concept boards with inspirational imagery and initial sketches to help you visualize the overall vision. This is where we begin refining the style, materials, colors, and textures that will shape your project. This phase provides our clients with the opportunity to fully visualize, experience, and understand the vision we are bringing to life together.

Detailed Design

This phase involves refining and personalizing each project, translating the design intent into accurate 2D plans and 3D renders. Collaborating with your architect and builder, we assess the spatial layout, making necessary adjustments—particularly in kitchens and bathrooms—to optimize flow and functionality. By detailing dimensions, cabinetry, and lighting, we ensure the design is practical and executable.

FF&E and Procurement

Our extensive knowledge of local and international products shapes the aesthetic of every project, with initial selections introduced early in the design process. Supported by our continually updated materials library, we source and secure specified fixtures and fittings, cabinetry hardware, tiles, lighting, fabrics, furniture and décor through our network of trusted suppliers and artisans. We manage all aspects of procurement and delivery to ensure everything is ready on-site for installation from day one, always keeping the client's needs at the forefront.

Project Management

Our project management service stands as a unique and additional offering, complementing our design expertise. With years of experience working with builders, architects, quantity surveyors, and other key professionals, we provide a complete turn-key solution for our clients. We oversee every aspect of the project, from contracts to costs and construction, ensuring a seamless process from concept to completion. We offer a comprehensive furniture curation, selection, and procurement service, tailored to each client and project. From planning the overall furniture layout to selecting individual pieces and materials. Every home and client is unique, and if the ideal piece cannot be sourced, we can design and create it to your exact specifications.

At Lightpath Projects, founder Jessica Jor is a qualified interior designer with a passion for creating beautiful, refined residential interiors. Her design philosophy is rooted in an exploration of materials, colours, textures, and spatial forms, resulting in bespoke solutions uniquely tailored to each project. Jessica began her career in Engineering, a background that informs her approach to design with a balance of aesthetic appeal, clarity of vision, and functionality. Her work celebrates quality craftsmanship, elevating everyday living spaces with an enduring sense of elegance and luxury.

Jessica, a Gold Designer of the National Kitchen and Bathroom Association (NKBA), is dedicated to crafting exceptional kitchen and bathroom spaces. She believes that these areas are key focal points of the home and require specialised expertise to design effectively.
